1. Scope

本規約は、Jitan Translateが提供するFile Translation、音声翻訳、Buy pointsおよびMonthly planの利用条件を定めるものです。

2. Products and Services

• Point products are added to your account balance after payment is completed.
• Monthly plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
• Service details, usage limits, and prices may change without prior notice.
• If voice output is enabled for live interpretation or voice translation input, usage may be consumed faster than subtitle-only or input-only use.

3. Payment Method

Payments are processed through the payment provider designated by us, currently Stripe. You must also comply with the provider's terms.

4. Delivery

These are digital products and no physical delivery is provided. Points and plans are generally applied soon after payment confirmation.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations or refunds after purchase are not accepted except where required by law or separately approved by us.

6. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Unlimited character usage in monthly plans is intended for ordinary use. If short-term high-volume processing, automated repeated submissions, translation work for third parties, or usage that significantly affects stable operation is detected, we may switch to point consumption, limit processing speed, suspend usage, or propose individual terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Illegal use, use contrary to public order and morals, unauthorized access, infringement of third-party rights, and actions that interfere with service operation are prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for service interruptions, external service failures, or the completeness or accuracy of translation results. Please verify important content yourself.
