Usage with voice output enabled

会議音声の受信側読み上げはOptionalで、初期状態はOFFです。現在のQwen LiveTranslate音声出力単価に合わせて通常の5x the normal amount.月次の字幕枠を使い切った後は、既存のPoints超過利用ルールに従います。送信側読み上げはTranslation時間とは別に読み上げchars数として計算します。
